Maccabiah World Games in July 2009

Field Hockey, as it has been confirmed as one of the sports competing in the 18^th Maccabiah World Games in July 2009. 

These Games are held every 4 years in Israel and are now the 3rd largest sporting event in the world, after the Olympic Games and the Commonwealth Games.

To build on the successes of last time, Maccabi GB are anticipating taking its largest delegation to date and are seeking competitors to be part of the Great Britain Men & Women’s Field Hockey squads.
